Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Literacy (LLND) Requirements
As a prospective student in this training course, it is essential that you have adequate Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) skills as well as Digital Literacy skills to engage fully with the course materials, participate in learning activities, and complete all required assessments. This includes the ability to:
- Read and interpret learning materials and assessment instructions.
- Write responses and communicate effectively in English.
- Apply basic numeracy skills such as measuring, calculating, and using data.
- Use digital tools such as learning management systems, and other online or computer-based platforms relevant to the course.

Class 2D – Energising Service Equipment

UEEEL0078 – Install and commission whole current electricity meters **
**Class 2D does not authorise ASPs to install meters. Please refer to the ASP Scheme FAQs
Note regarding requirements
To meet requirements of Class 2D in the NSW ASP scheme rules, the statutory and mandatory units need only be completed – refer to Table 4 here
However, to apply for authorisation with a metering provider you must comply with the current legislation and this code (Clause 9.3) – which requires completion of UEEEL0078.
